Discoveries and Guaranteed Visits

Digital promotion begins once a paid campaign is activated. Used Discoveries and delivered Guaranteed Visits are not refundable. Unused campaign balances are generally non-refundable after activation, except where required by applicable law or where Surfaro cannot provide the purchased service because of a Surfaro service failure.

Boosts

A Boost begins when activated and changes rotation weighting for its stated duration. Once activated, Boost charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a Surfaro service failure prevents delivery.

Daily Top 3 bids

Every bid is charged when it is submitted, whether it ultimately finishes inside or outside the Top 3. Losing bids are not refunded. Submitting another bid for the same project does not cancel or replace previous charges. Only the highest eligible bid from that project can determine a winning slot.

Exceptions

Surfaro will review duplicate charges, demonstrable payment errors, unauthorized transactions and material Surfaro service failures. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.

Disputes

Please contact Surfaro before filing a payment dispute so a billing or delivery issue can be investigated. Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse of payment disputes may result in suspension of the related project.
