Surfaro terms.

1. The service

Surfaro is an online discovery and promotional platform. Visitors can discover projects, and project owners can purchase promotional inventory including Discoveries, Guaranteed Visits, Boosts and Daily Top 3 bids.

2. Your project

You must have the right to submit the project, logo, description and website you provide. Information must be accurate and your destination must comply with the Surfaro Rules and applicable law.

3. Paid campaigns

Campaign quantities describe the delivery rules shown at purchase. Discoveries are consumed when served. Guaranteed Visits are consumed only when Surfaro records a qualifying outbound visit under the published qualification rules. Boosts change rotation weight but do not guarantee a fixed delivery speed.

4. Daily Top 3

Daily Top 3 bids are charged when submitted. The three highest eligible bids from three different projects determine the next day's placements. Multiple bids by one project may all be charged, but only that project's highest eligible bid can determine a winning slot.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information and to pay the amount shown at checkout. Surfaro never receives or stores your full payment-card number.

6. Moderation

Surfaro may reject, pause or remove a project that violates the Rules, creates security or legal risk, or threatens the integrity of the service. Payment does not override moderation.

7. Availability and metrics

Surfaro aims to measure impressions, visits and likes consistently, but no internet measurement system is perfect. Obvious automated traffic, repeated activity and invalid interactions may be excluded. Surfaro may update anti-abuse rules where reasonably necessary.

8. Liability

Surfaro does not endorse third-party projects and is not responsible for their content, products or services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surfaro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
